Licensed to practice law in Florida and California, Mr. Keith brings over 12 years of specialized expertise in environmental and securities litigation, representing some of the most prominent Fortune 500 companies in the United States (source: https://fortune.com/fortune500/).

Prior to his legal career, he worked for several high technology firms in a sales and marketing capacity and had profit and loss responsibility for business units with sales in excess of $100 million.

He holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Connecticut and a Doctor of Law (JD) from the University of Miami.

Since 2012, Mr. Keith has dedicated himself to the Asian market, actively engaging in capital raising efforts across Vietnam, China, Singapore, Cambodia, and South Korea. He has worked with for some of the most reputable EB-5 regional centers with an excellent record of returning investor funds. His strategic involvement has facilitated the successful raising of over $500 million in project funding.
